My background includes years of therapy work focused on perinatal mental health, ADHD across the lifespan, and parent-child connection. I’ve supported moms through every stage—from that first foggy newborn phase to the rollercoaster of the teen years. And because of the nature of therapy, I can’t share testimonials—but I can tell you: I’ve walked with hundreds of families as they learned how to thrive.

After growing up in a dysfunctional household myself, I knew this work wasn’t just a profession—it was a calling. I wanted to help moms become the parents they hoped they’d be, no matter what they were up against.

That’s why I built Parenting with Purpose—a coaching system designed for real moms, with real lives, and real challenges. It’s the same framework I leaned on to raise my own kids. It works for ADHD brains, busy schedules, and those “I don’t know what I’m doing” moments we all face.

Looking ahead, I’m expanding my group programs to reach even more moms—especially those navigating ADHD, anxiety, or preparing for motherhood. I believe that when parents have the tools, they can become their child’s best support system. And no one is more motivated to help than you.
